Job Description

Mikro Kapital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment and Client Relationship Manager to contribute to the growth of our Luxembourg-based Securitisation Fund. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in raising investments and managing relationships with investors and distributors, with a special focus on Hong Kong and China markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Investment and Product Distribution
    • Raise investments for the Luxembourg-based Securitisation Fund through debt securities.
    • Distribute Mikro Kapital financial products across target markets.
  2. Investor and Client Engagement
    • Establish and nurture relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, IAMs/EAMs, distributors, and high-net-worth investors, focusing on Hong Kong and China.
    • Build and sustain partnerships with Chinese investors and distributors to enhance investment inflow.
  3. Client Service and Retention
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively.
    • Propose and deliver tailored investment solutions for institutional investors based on their specific requirements.
  4. Client Acquisition
    • Actively identify and onboard new Chinese-speaking clients to expand the firm’s client base.
  5. Marketing and Communication
    • Develop and prepare marketing materials and presentations in Chinese to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions.
    • Contribute to the creation of region-specific campaigns to enhance outreach and client engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in raising investments, particularly via debt securities.
  • Extensive experience in building relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and distributors.
  • Strong network and expertise in the Hong Kong and China markets.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cater to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Experience in structuring bespoke investment solutions.
  • Proficiency in preparing professional marketing materials and client presentations, specifically tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Knowledge of securitisation funds and Mikro Kapital products is an advantage.
