On February 28th at the Italian Stock Exchange, Mikro Kapital proudly announced that Bank of Italy granted the Company the first license to a private institution for micro-credit activities in Italy
The prospects for micro-credit in Italy and the development of microfinance were discussed on 28th February, at the Italian Stock Exchange, during a Conference organised by Mikro Kapital, attended by Maurizio Dallocchio, Professor of Corporate Finance at Luigi Bocconi University, Nikolas Drude, Associate Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Mario Baccini, President of the Microcredit Italian National Agency, and Vincenzo Trani. During the Conference, Mikro Kapital proudly announced that Bank of Italy granted the Company the first license to a private institution for micro-credit activities in Italy. Thanks to this license, Mikro Kapital SpA will provide credit and leasing facilities to Italian micro-enterprises.
