Milestone listing underscores a decade of impact-driven growth, transparency and financial innovation
ALTERNATIVE, a Luxembourg-based securitisation fund connecting investors with high-impact opportunities across emerging markets for over a decade, has successfully listed its first bonds issued under its EMTN Programme on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE).
This initial admission to trading of bonds under the EMTN Programme marks ALTERNATIVE’s first listing on LuxSE, reflecting a long-term strategy of Mikro Kapital to combine robust governance, transparency and regulatory best practice with its mission to generate measurable social and economic impact.
