Internal Audit Manager
Experience Requested: 3–6 years

Mikro Leasing Company is a fast-growing company, offering financial services, including leasing services.

The IAM will have a double reporting line (hierarchically& functionally). The position is based in Minsk, Belarus

Essential Duties

  • Execution of the Internal Audit plans following the deadlines. Anticipate planning issues and take a proactive approach in resolving planning conflicts, delays or ad-hoc requests in coordination with the Group Chief of Internal Audit or his designate.
  • Responsible for the overall and on-going communication with the Audit Committee and management.
    Communicates the results of audit and consulting projects, analysis, trends and any relevant information via written reports following the deadlines.
  • Develops and maintains productive team-oriented client, staff and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
  • Assist in the identification and evaluation of the organization’s audit risk areas and provides input to the development of a risk-based annual internal audit plan.
  • Formalizes audit findings and brings any suspicious transactions or practices to the attention of Group Chief of Internal Audit (GCIA), making recommendations on methods of risks reduction and improvement of operations;
  • Participate to special projects and projects for the internal audit group internationally.
  • Represent internal audit department at management internally and externally.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities, internal and external training and professional association memberships, and share any information gained.

 

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Knowledge of local Financial Regulations and Law.

  • A Master’s degree/ certifications in a special field (IT, Accounting, Finance and Banking) is an advantage as well as experience in Leasing and other Banking Operations, Auditing in a supervisory capacity.
  • Knowledge of internal control systems, risk management principles and common indicators of fraud.

Skills and other Job Requirements

  • Relevant working experience within Audit Department from 3 years in internal/external auditing, operations, accounting or business analysis.
  • PC advanced user;
  • Upper intermediate English is a must, Russian – native or fluent;
  • Readiness for business trips (rare).

  • Supportare la gestione amministrativa /contabile/finanziaria
  • Occuparsi della contabilità generale, fino alla formazione del bilancio;

  • Eseguire attività di budgeting e reportistica;
  • Presenziare alle riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione e redigere i verbali delle stesse;

Esperienza richiesta, capacità e qualifiche

Ci rivolgiamo a Candidati in possesso di:

  • Diploma in ragioneria o Laurea in discipline economiche;
  • Buona conoscenza della contabilità settore finanziario;

Esperienza:

  • finanza: 3 anni
  • amministrazione: 3 anni
  • contabilità: 3 anni

L’aver maturato l’esperienza professionale, di circa 3-4 anni, presso Società di revisione, Studi professionali o aziende finanziarie, in area amministrativo/contabile. E’ richiesta conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
